The Diphala Workwear Story

INTRODUCTION

Diphala DS is a clothing manufacturing company comprising a team of professionals, with a developing experience in the Work-Wear and Personal Protective Equipment industry.

Diphala DS has been in operation for more than 10 years since inception in 2014.

We conduct our business in line with our client's explicit mandate.

VISION

To create a platform within a competitive mandate thet will inspire skill development experience and job creation with our communities.

To create an environment that will train, prepare and guide young professionals to accomplish their aspirations and ambitions.

We aspire to become a dominant and highly recognized force in the garment manufacturing and PPE industries, through our hard-work, intellect and entrenched capable manner of conducting the business of production.

APPROACH

Our approach is thus developed to incorporate other industries like design and marketing aesthetics. The joint approach involves all aspects of our services operating together where risk management, conceptual development and production ethics share a common heartbeat.

In this way the information and research are accessible to all our departments as it becomes available, so when it comes to action and implementation, there is no need to traverse the data again, thus effecting substantial cost savings to the client.

 WE WILL GLADLY ISSUE A CREDIT NOTE OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE IF THE PURCHASE IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE.


NO REFUNDS

WE WILL GLADLY REPAIR OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE THAT IS DEFECTIVE. PROVIDED THAT THE MERCHANDISE HAS NOT BEEN DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF WEAR & TEAR OR NEGLIGENCE AND NOTICEABLY WORN WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON SALE FOR OTHER SALES MERCHANDISE ONLY CREDIT NOTES WILL BE ISSUED AT THE PREVAILING BILL PRICE NO CREDIT OR CASH REFUNDS FOR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON SALE 


EMBROIDERY & BRANDING POLICY 

ALL BRANDING RELATED SERVICES REQUIRE A TURNAROUND TIME OF 3 - 4 WORKING DAYS TO BE COMPLETED WHICH WILL ONLY COMMENCE AFTER THE INVOICE IS PAID AND ARTWORK APPROVED 


APPROVAL

WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY AMENDMENTS TO THE FINAL DESIGN NOR WILL WE MAKE CHANGES TO THE FINAL ARTWORK AFTER APPROVAL LETTER HAS BEEN SIGNED ANY FURTHER CHANGES TO APPROVED ARTWORKS WILL BE CHARGED AN  ADDITIONAL DESIGNING FEE AND WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 3 - 4 WORKING  DAYS AFTER THE NEXT APPROVAL DOCUMENT IS SIGNED AND SURCHARGE IS PAID IN FULL.  WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOME ORDERS CAN BE URGENT BUT ANY ORDERS THAT REQUIRE EXPRESS WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE AND THE QUALITY OF  SUCH AN ORDER MAY REDUCE DUE TO LACK OF TIME FOR QUALITY CONTROL.
